The Mobile Forensics course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to investigate and analyze digital evidence from mobile devices. As smartphones and tablets play an increasingly central role in modern life, they are also key sources of digital evidence in criminal investigations, cybersecurity incidents, and civil litigation.

This course covers the fundamentals of mobile device architecture, data storage, and operating systems (Android and iOS). Participants will learn methods of data acquisition, including logical, physical, and cloud-based extractions, along with techniques to recover deleted data, analyze app artifacts, extract communication logs, GPS data, and media files. Emphasis is placed on the use of industry-standard forensic tools and adherence to legal and ethical standards in handling digital evidence.

By the end of the course, students will be able to conduct mobile forensic investigations, generate detailed reports, and present findings in a legally sound manner.
